Throughout my journey in the hospitality industry, I have had the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various facets of this dynamic field. My initial foray into hospitality began with a basic yet essential role, allowing me to understand the fundamental principles that underpin exceptional guest service.

Starting at the entry level, I was exposed to the front-line operations of a hotel. Whether it was assisting guests at the reception desk, providing information about local attractions, or ensuring their comfort during their stay, I quickly learned that every interaction was an opportunity to create a memorable experience.

Hello, everyone! My name is Hevaan Jeyandran alias Habish, and I am thrilled to share my educational journey with you. Originally hailing from the beautiful city of Batticaloa, my pursuit of knowledge and passion for the hospitality industry led me to the prestigious Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management (SLITHM) in Colombo.

My educational journey began in Batticaloa, where I completed my schooling. Growing up in a culturally rich and diverse city, I was exposed to the wonders of hospitality at a young age. The warmth and hospitality extended by the people of Batticaloa inspired me to delve deeper into the world of hotels and tourism.

With dreams of pursuing a career in the hospitality industry, I made the decision to join SLITHM in Colombo.
